One of the original apartment high rises that was at the forefront of the urbanization trend in downtown Denver living, is once again modernizing their current condominium amenities experience. This project was conceived and started prior to the now-planned Larimer Square redevelopment. Interestingly enough, this 1981 building pioneered roof top gardens at the plaza level to ensure that their new residents could experience an enhanced quality of life.
